What we cover
GameBriefly covers mobile and PC games through practical guides, reviews, game updates, settings advice, walkthroughs, and comparisons. Every assignment must be useful to a clearly defined player.
Guides and reviews are also assigned a platform scope so readers understand the environment in which advice was checked.
Research and testing
Writers begin with an approved brief that defines the question, game version, platform, evidence requirements, and intended reader. Sources are recorded with the claims they support.
When a claim cannot be verified, it is removed, qualified, or returned for additional research before preview.
How reviews work
Reviews evaluate gameplay, performance, accessibility, value, session structure, and audience fit. The context and methodology behind the verdict remain visible.
A score is never published without its supporting reasoning and final approval.
Keeping coverage useful
Records store review dates, modification dates, game versions, source links, and revision notes. Time-sensitive guidance is reviewed after important patches.
Material revisions update the visible modification date. Minor formatting fixes do not change editorial meaning.
Corrections
When we confirm a material error, we correct it promptly and add a dated note explaining what changed. We do not silently rewrite conclusions or instructions that could affect a decision.
How editorial tools are used
Specialist tools may help structure a draft, organize evidence, or propose supporting visuals. Every completed page is reviewed before it can enter the publishing queue. Automated output cannot approve or publish itself.
